The law is on your side

UK Regulation 261 (UK261) sets out fixed compensation amounts that airlines must pay when they delay or cancel flights. These rights apply to all passengers on flights departing from UK airports, or arriving in the UK on a UK/EU carrier.

The amounts are set by law — £220, £350, or £520 depending on distance — and your airline cannot offer you less. You do not need to prove financial loss.

Brilliant service. I had no idea I was owed anything until I checked. Got £350 for a delay from two years ago. The whole process was effortless.

Quick and efficient. Submitted my claim and they handled everything including when the airline initially rejected it. Received my compensation within 8 weeks.

James T.

Was sceptical at first but genuinely no cost upfront. They took care of all the paperwork and I received £520 for a long-haul cancellation. Highly recommend.
